The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

By accessing ph647.club, registering a Member account, or using any service offered by ph647, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ph647 platform and close your account if one has already been created.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ph647's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the agreement between you and ph647. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules or promotional terms, the more specific document shall prevail with respect to the relevant subject matter.

Access to and use of the ph647 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Minimum Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR for all online gaming operators licensed in the Philippines. ph647 strictly enforces this requirement and will verify your age as part of the KYC process. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

3. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons declared legally incapacitated or under legal guardianship may not register.
4. Not a Self-Excluded Person: You must not be enrolled in ph647's self-exclusion program or any PAGCOR-administered exclusion list at the time of registration or use.
5. Not a Restricted Person: Employees of ph647, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, game software suppliers, and the immediate family members of such employees are not permitted to hold a Member account or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

To access real-money gaming services on ph647, you must complete the registration process and create a Member account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) Member account on ph647. Registering or attempting to register more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including Real Money Funds, unless otherwise required by PAGCOR.

KYC Verification: ph647 is required by PAGCOR and AMLA regulations to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals and at various thresholds of account activity. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license, or equivalent)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days)
• Proof of source of funds, where transaction volumes or amounts trigger AMLA reporting thresholds
• Selfie photograph with government ID, as required for liveness verification

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ph647 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify ph647 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Accepted Payment Methods: ph647 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, and BDO Online Banking. ph647 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue accepted payment methods at any time with prior notice where reasonably practicable.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). ph647 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment channel, account verification status, and applicable regulatory limits.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must have completed KYC verification to the level required by the withdrawal amount.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from Real Money Funds wagered in compliance with applicable bonus terms are withdrawable.
• ph647 may delay the processing of withdrawals pending identity verification, compliance checks, or investigation of suspected irregular activity.
• All withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Currency: All transactions on ph647 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph647 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any conversion from a foreign currency to PHP prior to deposit is the Member's responsibility and subject to any applicable conversion fees charged by the Member's bank or wallet provider.

ph647 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback programs, and VIP loyalty tier benefits. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific promotional terms communicated at the time of issuance:

1. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") which must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotional terms.
2. Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the relevant promotional terms. Unused bonuses will expire automatically upon the stated expiry date and will be removed from the Member's account without compensation.
3. One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once. Where a promotional offer is linked to a deposit, only one claim per qualifying deposit is permitted.
4. Game Restrictions: Certain bonus types may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Wagering on restricted games does not count toward completion of wagering requirements unless explicitly stated.
5. Bonus Abuse: ph647 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, coordinating wagering strategies with other Members to exploit promotional terms, or exploiting technical errors in the platform.
6. VIP Loyalty Program: Membership in the ph647 VIP program is at ph647's sole discretion. VIP status, associated benefits, and tier thresholds may be modified by ph647 at any time with reasonable notice to affected Members. VIP benefits have no cash value and may not be transferred.

All games available on ph647 — including slot machines, live dealer casino games, sports betting markets, bingo, and all other gaming products — are governed by specific game rules accessible within the game interface or platform help section. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the relevant game mechanics.

Finality of Results: Game results, including the outcome of live dealer games, are final once confirmed by the game system. ph647 does not accept claims based on a Member's subjective expectation of a different outcome. Technical Errors & Malfunctions: In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting a game session, ph647 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return all wagered funds to the Member's wallet. ph647 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control. Payouts resulting from a technical error or system malfunction will not be honored.

RNG Certification: All software-based games on ph647 utilize Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been tested and certified by independent third-party testing agencies. Certification records are maintained in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. ph647's house edge figures for individual games are available in the relevant game help sections.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph647 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Member account, including under a different name or identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker or tournament formats.
• Money Laundering: Using ph647 to facilitate the placement, layering, or integration of proceeds from illegal activity. ph647 has strict AMLA compliance obligations and reports suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council.
• Fraudulent Payment Activity: Depositing using payment methods not registered in your name, initiating unauthorized chargebacks, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Automated Wagering: Using bots, automated scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable.
• Abusive Behavior: Directing threatening, harassing, or abusive language toward ph647 staff, live dealers, or other platform users.
• Accessing the Platform While Underage: Attempting to register or use the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform While Self-Excluded: Attempting to access or use ph647 during a self-exclusion or cooling-off period.

All intellectual property rights in and to the ph647 platform — including but not limited to the website design, software code, game assets, branding, trademarks, logos, text content, and audiovisual materials — are owned by ph647 or are licensed to ph647 by their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any ph647 intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph647 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation — is strictly prohibited without ph647's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph647 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

ph647 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Gaming losses incurred while using the platform in accordance with these Terms;
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Network failures, device failures, or connectivity issues outside ph647's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain credential security;
• Any decision made by ph647 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture decisions made in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph647's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law, including obligations arising from PAGCOR's licensing conditions regarding player fund protection.

ph647 collects and processes personal data in connection with Member registration, identity verification, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by ph647's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.

By registering a Member account, you consent to ph647's processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required by applicable Philippine law. ph647 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

ph647 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge the following:

• Online gaming involves real money risk and the house holds a mathematical advantage on all games over the long run.
• You are solely responsible for the gaming decisions you make on the ph647 platform.
• Gaming on ph647 is intended as a form of entertainment and should not be relied upon as a source of income.

ph647 operates as a licensed online gaming operator under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Anti-Money Laundering: ph647 complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). ph647 is a covered person under AMLA and is required to: conduct customer due diligence, report covered and suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and maintain transaction records for the periods specified by law. Members who trigger AMLA reporting thresholds will be required to provide source of funds documentation before withdrawals are processed.

ph647 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account in the following circumstances, without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by ph647;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• At the Member's own request (account closure or self-exclusion);
• Where required by PAGCOR, applicable law, or a competent regulatory authority;
• Extended period of account inactivity, as defined in ph647's dormant account policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ph647 will take reasonable steps to notify the Member and complete the investigation in a timely manner. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms and the breach involves fraud, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting, ph647 may forfeit any balances in the account, including Real Money Funds, to the extent permitted by PAGCOR's licensing conditions.

Voluntary Account Closure: A Member may request closure of their account at any time by contacting ph647 support via live chat. Any Real Money Funds balance in a verified account will be returned to the Member via their registered payment channel after completion of any required compliance checks. Pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to the use of the ph647 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Internal Dispute Resolution: Before pursuing any formal legal remedies, Members are required to first submit their dispute to ph647's customer support team via live chat or email. ph647 will acknowledge the complaint within two (2) business days and endeavor to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days. ph647's internal dispute resolution process is free of charge.

PAGCOR Escalation: If a dispute concerning a gaming outcome or account matter cannot be resolved through ph647's internal process, the Member may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR through the regulator's official complaint mechanism. ph647 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph647 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, subject to the following notice requirements:

• Material amendments that affect Members' rights will be communicated via email to the Member's registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the ph647 website at least fifteen (15) days before taking effect.
• Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter Members' substantive rights — may take effect immediately.
• Continued use of the ph647 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

The "Last Updated" date shown in the page header reflects the date of the most recent revision. ph647 encourages Members to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.
